CCTV SURVEILLANCE AND VIDEO CONFERENCING :

CCTV SURVEILLANCE :

  • To enhance security & monitoring of grid sub-stations, CCTV surveillance system has been extended to 63 grid sub-stations & 3 stores of OPTCL. Out of 63 grid sub-stations, 4 nos of 400/220/132 kV, 26 nos of 220/132 kV , 33 nos of 132 kV grid sub-stations are under surveillance system.
  • In Headquarters 14 nos of cameras and in SLDC 7 nos of cameras and 6 nos of camera for PTC, Chandaka activated for surveillance system.
  • Total 277 nos of PTZ camera, 40 nos of bullet camera & 79 nos of DOME camera and 11 nos of fish-eye cameras have been installed across grid sub-stations & stores.
  • Further 29 nos. of Grid Sub-station are going to be implemented through CCTV Surveillance System in this financial year 2021-22.

VIDEO CONFERENCING :

  • Video Conferencing system has been extended to 94 locations including HQRS offices. Out of these 94 locations, 3 nos system facility of 400/220/132 kV, 21 nos of 220/132 kV , 62 nos of 132/33 kV grid sub-stations,4 nos in Zonal office & 4 nos in HQRS.
